Additionally, she has been working with job seekers in all facets of job hunting since 2010.
In September 2018, Krystal published her first book, The Insider's Guide to Your Dream Career. Krystal holds both the SHRM-SCP and SPHR certifications and is a member of the Forbes Coaches Council.
